Partner Data Terms

1. Roles

We call you the Partner. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy call this role the Organizer. You accept these terms by using the admin tools. They sit on top of the Terms of Service. Where a signed franchise or league agreement exists between us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

PadelHero controls platform accounts, ratings, levels, derived statistics, the models and the record that spans leagues. The Partner controls its roster, entries, fees, schedules and what it publishes. For publishing results and standings we are jointly responsible.

Where we only act on the Partner's instruction, as with fee tracking, swag lists and announcements, we act as the Partner's processor.

2. What the Partner confirms

• Its players were told the league runs on PadelHero and were pointed to these documents.
• Contact details entered for a player were obtained lawfully and may be used to run the league.
• No data is entered about a child under 13.

3. What each side may use the data for

Each of us uses the other's data only to run the league and the Platform, including promoting them in our own channels and on social media. Neither side sells it as advertising data, uses it to target advertising, or exports it to a competing record without the player's consent.

4. Venue recording

Whoever records play, whether the venue, the Partner, a player or we, remains the owner of that recording and grants PadelHero a licence to ingest, analyse, publish and use it on the terms of section 4 of the Terms of Service.

5. Partner systems

Where the Partner connects another system, players are linked only by lawfully obtained identifiers such as an email address or phone number. The Partner confirms it may share those players' data. Either side can switch the connection off.

6. Security and breaches

Each side keeps admin credentials personal to one person and turns on two-factor authentication where it is offered. Each side tells the other within 24 hours of learning of a breach, so that the regulator deadlines can be met. PadelHero applies the security measures described in the Privacy Policy.

Our sub-processors are the service providers listed in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Player requests

A request from a player about platform data that reaches the Partner is forwarded to privacy@padelhero.app within 2 working days. A request about league operations that reaches us is forwarded to the Partner within 2 working days.

8. Exit

When the Partner stops using the Platform, it may request its league data: rosters, entries, fees and results.

The competitive record, ratings, levels, derived statistics, the models and the player accounts stay on the Platform. Players keep their own history.

9. Branded hosts

A branded host (a white-label host) is a display of the Platform, not a separate service. PadelHero remains the operator and the controller. The Partner may use its own name, marks and support address on that host.

10. Law

Singapore law governs these terms. The Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
